When update a persona, using the "Apply to all" is very useful for householded people who move. We know the email address does not updated with hitting apply to all because people have separate emails, but now that each person has their own cell phone number, it would be helpful to NOT include any phone numbers as a field to change when using the "apply to all" button as it overwrites a spouses number if it is different.
