We received a pledge last year that was noted as a pledge in the User Defined Field.  We didn't notice the asterisk when the thank you note was written, so we didn't even realize that she made a pledge.  We discovered it by accident last week.  Could the User Defined Field be made visible in the email acknowledgement sent to us?  That would reduce the risk of this happening again.
