Number of DIY donation levels

Right now, users can only add up to five donation levels on a DIY form. Why the limit? The suggested "work around" is a linked/second DIY form (YUCK!) or tickets through user defined fields (cumbersome!). Would love to give up to 10 giving/sponsor levels.

    I should be able to add as many donation levels as I need to the DIY forms not just be limited to five. If I had six rows, I could as for donors to sponsor for a year!! That would fit into the progression! In Donor Perfect we could add at least 10. Please update this.
