My idea is to provide users of eTapestry with the ability to add a Journal Entry Type (e.g., Volunteer) to the existing eTapestry Journal Entry Type options.

This ability would be very helpful in that it would enable eTapestry users to be very specific about the Journal Entry Types that are used thereby enabling us to see, specifically, the type of contact that has been made when viewing the Journal Entry page on any given account.
