USER My interest would be in having one Journal tile for standard communications, one for notes regarding certain activities. I have put notes in Journal Entries but they are quickly buried underneath our routine communications and a separate Journal tile would help these notes be see easily without scrolling through the many routine communications/address standardization journal entries. CHAT RESPONDED we do not have a way to split them out into two separate tiles. We do have filters you can use depending on which items you want to see at the moment. USER My next question was could the filter be set as default when that account opened? CHAT RESPONDED They would need to be applied each time I'm afraid.
