The Gift Aid tick box on DIY forms is tiny - much smaller than all the other data entry fields.

It looks more like a bullet than a tick box and we are getting donors missing it.

Please make it the same size as other tick boxes on the form.  Ideally, we should also be able to put new lines in the Gift Aid text so that we could label the tick box and separate it from the main block of text.
