When people purchase a ticket on a diy form, they need to be sent an individualized ticket

We are having an event, and it is a very difficult process to figure out how a ticket can be automatically sent to the donor once they purchase the ticket on the diy form. I created an email template,  and added merge fields for the name, date of purchase, and the defined field for the number of tickets purchased. But we have two different types of tickets that can be purchased, and only one email template can be sent, which makes it difficult. I wish there was a way to make a more official ticket or a template for a ticket/multiple tickets.
