allow donors to cover online processing fees

Some giving platforms calculate the cost of the processing fee and include the amount in the total amount charted.

      I have just set up a Membership DIY form and been informed by our accounts dept. that there is no fee added - why? Adding a booking fee is essential. This is a real problem and I suspect we will now need to relook at using this form and instead move the Membership form away from eTapestry.
