Some VOIP systems integrate "click & dial" where you click on a phone number and the browser extension for the VOIP system dials the number. The mobile version of eTap already does this. Why not allow the desktop version to permit the same thing? It would certainly make dialing faster and a whole lot more accurate. Saving time is important if you make as many phone calls in a day as I do! One click is better than manual dialing.
