We can run the eTap Standard Report, "Account UDFs Report" to export to excel, but not the eTap Standard Report "Account Summary Report" where the only option is pdf? I am trying to edit this pdf and when I open to pdf to try to do so, I am told I need a password. eTap chat has not yet gotten back to me about why this is (it is not my password, it is an eTap generated report) so I am trying to see if can export to excel to edit there instead.
