When out & about visiting families, our Family Support Team take notes of their visits on a "Contact Record Sheet" during their visit. This sheet has a declaration giving us as an organisation the familys' permission to hold their personal data (on Etapestry), which the family are asked to sign.

It would be really helpful if the Family Support Team could photograph the signed consent section of the form using their smartphone and add that photograph to a contact entry in the familys' journal.
