The Captcha widget on a DIY Contact form provides protection against bots but not malicious humans. We are getting multiple sign-ups on our embedded DIY contact forms with fake email addresses, creating spurious accounts which then have to be removed from eTap... after first checking that they really are fake - a big waste of time! It would be great if there was an option in the Setup screen to send a verification email to the supplied address before account creation; the email would contain a link that must be clicked, proving ownership of the address and allowing the process to continue as normal. Many other systems offer such a facility.
