We currently use outlook for most of our emailing.  It is time consuming to have to upload each individual email to eTapestry when the volume is high, and particularly when trying to migrate historic email records.  Being able to bulk upload emails to a particular account journal (carrying over the date and time of emails to retain sequencing of correspondence) is actually critical if eTapesrty is to be viable for many organisations.
