We love the ability to use eTapestry's journal as a CRM to capture non-financial touchpoints with our constituents. However, this also clutters the journal view and causes us to have to scroll past many communication entries, NCOA updates, etc. when looking for financial entries and vice versa.
It would be AMAZING if eTapestry could automatically segregate financial and non-financial transactions into separate journals (perhaps both still on the journal page but in different sections). Then the default view would display them separately without the user having to scroll through a long list of entries or use the filter option to find various transaction types.
