Looks like the Other Tab was replaced with Account Settings recently. I think you should send all your customers notifications of these interface changes.

    Actually we do!  We send out an email around every release to let folks know of the changes that were in the release.  You can also find a link to the release notes on the Login Page of eTapestry.
