At the moment eTap accounts is very much geared for individual constituents. I would like to propose that a different layout is created for the business account as the individual account does not work for them. The reason being is that on a business account I would like to be able to list the various people that we liaise with on the one business account and for each contact to have their own journal within the business account to know when interaction has been with whom. And also then any donations from that business goes onto the business account rather than against an individual. Also for both the individual and business accounts to have different persona categories as one list is not relevant to the other.
