This is for Etapestry. When you create a DIY Membership form there is no option for the customer to add an additional donation while purchasing/renewing their membership.  Typically when people buy memberships they also like to add a donation. As it works now is two separate forms. and people have to make two separate payments.  Very inconvenient for the customer.
