When sending out a thank you email, or other document to a specific donor, and the response needs to go to a department rather than myself, it would be great when doing the "Create Document" option for a template that I would be given the option to have the sender and reply email changed.
I know that this could be abused, so it would be good to have the name/email options reduced to a pre-defined list of names/emails set up by the system administrators. For example, when I email receipts, I want responses sent to the finance department - NOT to me. I want the donor to see that the receipt comes from the finance department.
This CAN be done if I were to use the MASS method of emailing, but there is always the possibility that the donor would accidentally click on "Opt Out" and mess things up for our marketing people's true mass mailings.
