It would be great to be able to add emojis/emoticons on our mass emails to make them more engaging, every other email service allows this.

Be able to add an attachment to the eCart confirmation email, for cart items that are donations and we would like to automatically send a tax receipt to the donor.

When I send an email to a donor there is no way to go back and check the email as written. All you see in the contact record is the original template. It would be very helpful and sometimes necessary to see the content of the email as sent.

Currently, it does't have the same feature the older templates do such as adding default values to merged fields.

To be able to post news articles that we come across for workers at our organization that relate to our mission.

We have multiple items in our cart/estore so it would be nice if we could have different letters associated with them as the have different purposes. It makes it hard to use the cart for relevant follow-up content.

Without this field one has to go to ones email application for a parallel message explaining the test message and what is expected from the recipients
