Let Admin have option to remove payment information section from DIY form so donor info can be gathered for those that want to pay by cash or cheque allowing Admin to still keep Fund, Campaign and Approach fields.

Segmented pledges are allowed to be entered, but a single credit card charge (so one charge to the donor) can not be allocated to the various segments or multiple pledges

It would be helpful for donors to be able to input their own account information using their bank account (routing/account numbers) for recurring gifts.
