When I make an amendment to a template email and create a Journal Contact I notice that the amends are not saved. The saved journal contact defaults to the template email. Can you tell me why this is happening?

Why have Modifiy Exisitng Schedule AND Upgrade Pledge? Confusing and cumbersome. Should consolidate all pledge changes into one function.

The Journal Entry column “Note” actually shows content for both Notes and Contacts. This is a little confusing – perhaps the column should be renamed “Note/Contact Text” instead of just “Note”.

In the New Idea window, instead of the current categories, consider aligning the "Choose a category for this idea" dropdowns with the menu tabs at the top of the eTap screen: Home, Accounts, Giving, Communications, Queries, Reports, Management.

Add Contact to the Choose Columns feature. You already have Note, which is very helpful because you can read the note without having to to open the entry. It would be nice to have the same functionality for the Contact field. (not Contact Type).

During a chat session or when submitted an Idea, it would be very handy to be able to paste in a graphic form Snip or Snag It, instead of having to do it via attachment (which probably no one reads).
