Add the option to schedule mass emails automatically on a daily/weekly or monthly basis.
Saves time, it prevents any emails being missed because we forgot to send them, like setting up a reoccurring gift you should be able to schedule a reoccurring mass email also0

Allow the option of creating a family account when merging duplicates
When merging duplicate accounts, there are often two accounts with the same contact information for a husband and wife. It would be very useful if you could merge these two individual accounts into one family account.3
