Event DIY Form to include meal preference for each individual

We are trying to set up a DIY form for gala tickets. If someone purchases more than one ticket, they are unable to enter each guest name and meal preference. We can set up a text field, but then we can can't export data for name tags, bid paddles, etc.

    You could try setting up multiple UDFs:  Guest #1 Name, Guest #1 Meal, Guest #2 Name, Guest #2 Meal, etc.  While that will take longer to set up on the front end, it should capture the info you need and make it easy to query for name tags, etc.
