Anonymous Donation that is actually anonymous

We really need an option to create anonymous donation options where the organization doesn't receive all the information from the donor. Some people truly don't want the org to know where the money came from. Why is there no option where the donor retains their record but the organization only received the money, without identifying features?!

    True anonymity is difficult to have short of a true cash donation.  In the past, I have used an anonymous account to post all such transactions into but only after making the donor understand they will not get a receipt and therefore cannot claim the donation for tax purposes.
