Add system defined feild Data Source to Journal account page

I would like to be able to see how each individual gift was received on a constituent's journal account without having to go into each individual gift.

    If I understand you correctly, I suggest this: in the donor's journal you will see an icon that will allow you to add various columns such as fund, campaign and approach. You can also UDF's that your organization has set up. You will see two icons; one is a filter and the other is what you would select to add these.
