I have a DIY field that's calculated manually each time based on the type of jounal entry. 

It'd be very helpful to be able to automate this step while creating the journal entry. 

For example: If money received in this grant is assigned to X fund, deduct  50%. And, if money received in this grant is assigned to Y fund, deduct 40%.

This will eliminate having to do this step manually each time i export data from eTapestry, and allow me to export ready to use data from eTap right away.
