It would be helpful if I didn't have to either manually add an Outlook calendar reminder when a pledge is due, or run a query to see outstanding pledges, so that I can notify a donor that their pledge payment is due. Maybe create a section of the area where you enter pledges that says "send email reminder to me on XX date that this pledge is due." In our busy, busy day-to-day lives, it would be helpful to have the system remind me rather than me having to manually make reminders that could get missed and, therefore, pledges could go unfulfilled.
