It would be great if once you select the document page size (letter) and margins I wish the text box would fit automatically. This would be intuitive. In my issue it wasn't fitting and I had to reduce the margins as the width of the text box isn't set to fit within the margins of the default 1" - but there was plenty of room for more text in the length of the letter.
