We have a monthly membership program. We charge donors either $20 or $30 a month depending on their membership level. Because the current membership form does not allow you to do recurring charges, we can't use it and have to use the donation form. This has been fine up until now. We want to offer the ability to pay one year in advance (so $30x12), but we don't have a way to do that seemlessly on the donation form. Ideally, we want to offer on one form:
