Had a "Cancel Query" option. Some queries take a LONG TIME to run, and then I'm shut out of doing anything else because I get the message that I'm trying to do too much at once. Just now, I hit "run" on a query and then immediately realized that I'd forgotten to update the dates in the query, and I couldn't cancel it. Instead I had to wait a few minutes for it to play out.
