The UDFs are important as they allow us to add Volunteer sessions or Grant Information in a contact report.
Unfortunately eTapestry makes a huge visual clutter out of the screen when you add UDF setsas the default is to show all fields. One has to manually scroll through all the UDFs or hit the Hide Empty Fields link on the side. It also seems to have no rhyme or reason of which UDF set is first, second, etc
At a minimum eTap should allow each organization (if not each user) to set their preferences of UDFs sets being default to hide empty fields.
