This would let us create queries from excel sheets that were previously exported from eTap and then manipulated or narrowed down. We could also use NCOA scrubs to make mass notes or updates, and easily find a group of accounts to work with in eTap rather than outside eTap in a spreadsheet. We could also use it as part of a new query hierarchy, so we can mail again to only part of that list.
We could also reconcile a portion of our duplicate accounts rather than all of them at once.
