Non-secure PDF option

It would be wonderful to be able to choose if you wanted to download a secure or non-secure PDF. Another option would be to grant users the ability to unlock secure PDFs. My organization downloads most reports as PDFs. This eliminates the need to format data in excel (time-saver) and allows individuals not familiar with excel to create well formatted reports (reporting workload can be shared more easily among staff).

However, it is our policy to watermark all reports Confidential. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the 7.22.0 release which locks all PDFs upon downloading. Being able to download a secure PDF does save extra steps of making a document secure (when sending tax receipts to donors, for example). However, making one process more streamlined has now made another process more difficult.

Why put pdf security on an internal company report? We need to hightlight and add comments to it! This was a terrible update. Please remove pdf security protection

Any updates on making the security setting for the PDF downloads adjustable? It's difficult to merge PDF's due to the security limitations, and being able to customize would be helpful.

I understand the need for security - but since we are the charity issuing the receipt - it would make sense for us to be able to unlock a pdf when necessary. Downloading as a word doc or excel sheet is not always the best solution for our needs or the needs of our donors. Being able to "compile" pdf's into one doc for example....
