I would like you to change Communication: Mailing

I would like you to change Communication: Mailing Labels to have another option such as downloading the document to a Word or Excel file.

Currently it is just able to download into a pdf file.

I cannot edit it as a pdf file. I can't delete the labels I don't need and then I waste labels. Labels are expensive.
