When I edit a communication or anything that needs to be saved, sometimes my mouse/eTap thinks I have swiped left or right to go back a page in my browser. This slight of hand from simply using my mouse results in me loosing everything I was working. eTap should have a message come up that says "Are you sure you want to leave the page without saving changes you've made?" before navigating away from my work.
