Donation not required for membership signup

At our organization there is no membership fee. We wish there was a way to remove the fund and payment from the membership signup form.

I'm an eTap user and was playing around with DIY forms yesterday. You might want to use the Contact Page template instead of the Membership Signup Page template. The Contact Page template simply collects information without asking for payment. You may be able to customize it for your specific use.
