The emails we send through e-tapestry are coming through with too small font. After talking to support about it, it was determined that there needs to be more mobile-friendly e-mail options through e-tapestry.

We are creating an online support hub of charities and it would be great if we could attach personalised PDFs to accounts and then send those PDFs to individual charities by mass email communication

No thank you letter is the same as no donor is the same. Templates are very useful but they still may need a tweak or two. Can you find a way that templates can be amended

Adding a 2 factor login is the norm on most all software these days. Storing all my constituents info is best locked behind a few layers of security.

We would like to include in letters the pledge amount due. This data is in etapestry but the field is not available for use in communications. This would be very helpful.

This would allow senders to add first names into subject lines which is proven to increase open rates for emails.

It would be nice to have the option to turn off all the donations that are made weekly, monthly or quarterly so you don't have to manually go into each account to do so.

We would like to be able to have the the homeroom teacher name as a column option in Student Lists.The Class Roster reports are too detailed and not really giving us the "export" we're looking for. Lists is perfect if we could just add that teache...

It is useful because we can understand the engagement of each account per fund. Also to be able to group some funds totals in one column an have another column to another specific fund. Maybe allowing use more than one query to show in the report ...
