Let Admin have option to remove payment information section from DIY form so donor info can be gathered for those that want to pay by cash or cheque allowing Admin to still keep Fund, Campaign and Approach fields.

The DIY Forms are cool, but many of ours are extremely long for we can't create columns. Having the option to create columns with the forms would be ideal for it would not only look better, but create a more positive experience for the user.
