Timing out of eTap sign on Merged

The new 30 minute timeout is extremely disruptive. I understand security concerns, but a 30 minute window is impractical. Many of us are working all day long in the program. Please find better back end security to allow us to use the program efficiently.

    I agree. This is so disruptive to my work flow as someone who uses etap off and on all day long.
