Merged idea

This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit ETAP-I-273 Ability to adjust the column width on the journal screen and be able to save so as to not have to redo this every time I go into a record.

With the new update I have to scroll across the screen a long ways to see everything I have customized in my donor's journals. This is a lot of extra time and eye strain added to my day. The columns are much too wide. Merged

With the release this past weekend, this has been addressed.

Seconded to all--I like that we can change the size of the columns, but that setting definitely needs to be remembered across all journals.

I agree with the comments below -- there seems to be a large amount of space wasted between the header, the # of Journal entries and the actual information -- the ability to change the column size and have it "saved" would be great -- I actually adjusted the size of the columns, but there is no way to save them -- I like the way you can click and drag the columns to display in the order you prefer.  Thanks for checking into these adjustments.

I agree... the type is significantly smaller and harder to read. The pictures also are loading very very small. The online help said nothing has changed. Yes it has. I can't tell who's in my pictures.

The new layout is way too difficult to view due to the scrolling back and forth AND up and down. Additionally, I can now only view 2-3 journal entries at once. We need a way to see the full list of journal entries, at least a way to view 10-12 entries at a single time. This is essential when analyzing a donor’s gift history and creating cultivation plans.

We are investigating the ability for the system to remember the size you have set for display.
