Upload document button on DIY form

We would like a button on a DIY form so that registrants can upload their CV, and have it stored with their account.

When there is an event such as a cyclone or earthquake in the Pacific we could get 100 applications in a day. It isn't practical to try and match a hundred CVs manually.

The majority of web forms have this functionality. For us it's make or break- without that we will have to use a different system for our application form.

A way for volunteer applicants to upload attachments within a DIY Form would be really helpful. I am working on getting our volunteer coordinator to switch over to working within the database. Without the ability to upload documents into a Contact or constituent record, volunteer applications will need to keep happening over Formstack (which I'd like to avoid paying for) or over email. Either way, we will continue having a "shadow" database of volunteer application forms, or risk losing important information when it's emailed to someone's personal email.
