I've been finding some duplicate donations created during merging of accounts. It would be nice to have a way to find and correct them all (I'm sure there are more) but currently there is no way to do that.

When I pull reports from eTap and send them to Excel it always groups the full address together. For the purpose of mailings a lot of mail houses need these separate. There should be more than one giant box to load with the address lines

Right now, etap automatically stacks everything in the Drag N Drop templates, even if you want everything in the same row. I wish you had the option to turn this function on or off. Yes, I want mobile optimization but not to this extent.

We want to look at monthly givers who have not given in the last three months. This does not appear to be possible without a new system enquiry or putting in specific dates.

To prevent human error, you should add an un-do function for mass updates. Many small non-profit organizations cannot afford to pay eTapestry for a database reset, especially if it's over a non-critical error.

Instead of simply allowing for the creation of new recurring gift schedules this will allow users to add the payments for these schedules such as mass importing recurring gifts from Go Cardless, Stripe etc.
