This needs to be addressed ASAP. it is a major componant of our contiued relationship.  the office 2016 product has been out over 1 year.

I echo the other comments. I have used eTapestry Outlook integration for years. I never imagined that i would lose this feature when I ungraded Outlook to 2016. It means that all of my journal contacts are not going into our donor's records. My work lost some of i's effectiveness

It is very frustrating not having full functionality out of our eTapestry product.  Being able to integrate our eTapestry with Outlook is hugely beneficial to our organization.   Voting should not factor into eTapestry keeping a product that it offers up to date with industry technology.  Please upgrade this Outlook Integration Tool.

This is a major oversight. I echo the words of my colleagues who have posted before me. This feature is part of the product offering and to not have it available with 2016 is simply unacceptable. Microsoft will move on quickly and eTapestry will be left even further behind. 

I agree Outlook integration for Office 2016 should be an immediate priority! It is now NOVEMBER, 2016, and this is still not functional and issues are arising from the incompatibility of the systems. Please make this available. Thank you

I agree with all comments.  Having upgraded to 2016 and spent time downloading multiple email accounts to Outlook, we now have to go back to an old version of Outlook just so we can maintain functionality with etap.  Very disappointed that etap is not up to speed.

This should be top priority!!! Outlook integration is a feature various staff members use daily. What a disappointment that you did not foresee this coming and make plans to stay current.

This is urgent.  Etap is not very useful to us if we cannot upload our email correspondance easily.

Thanks for the feedback and I apologize for the frustration this has caused you.  I am having our QA team verify exactly what does and does not work.  I believe Outlook 2016 does work when it is locally installed, but I will make sure that is verified.  After that, we will look at what options we have to make the integration work with 2016/365.  Thanks for your patience while we determine the next steps.

I just needed to reformat my computer and NEEDED to upgrade to MS Office 2016...now I can't do my eTap work like I could a week ago...and I rely heavily on eTap. How come I'm penalized for getting a better product while my company continues to pay for eTap licenses. I CANNOT believe this is not available yet!! Office 2016 has been out almost a full year. Even more frustrating is that the most recent integration with eTap is 2013!! Let's get with the times folks!

I have already commented once and feel the need to share my disappoint in eTapestry.

We had the integration tool before upgrading to Office 2016 it seems to still work, but if we did not have the add-in prior to installing Office 2016 I get an error message. I reached out to support for help and was given this reply: 

Communities is where our programmers go to look for enhancements.  Have all your colleagues and Blackbaud friends go vote on the topic.  The more votes a topic receives, the more likely it will come to fruition.  You know it will eventually come, we just want it sooner rather than later. 

This answer is unacceptable. This should be on the priority list for eTapestry development. Trying to get enough votes for a function that should be readily available is ridiculous.

Outlook 2016 integration with eTapestry should be an immediate priority. Most people working in an office use Outlook and eTapestry should be keeping their software up-to-date. We use this integration feature daily. 

I have to second the comments already posted. I hope you update soon, this is extremely important.

I would have hoped this would be a priority for Blackbaud. Charities are not getting full functionality without the integration of eTapestry with Office 2016. One would have hoped that eTapestry would stay up to date with the latest updates. It's hugely disappointing that we're not able to use the integration tool. 

 It's a shame this isn't in place already.  It's quite frustrating to not be getting full functionality out of our eTapestry product just because we have the newer version of Office.  Being able to integrate our eTapestry with Outlook would be hugely beneficial to our Charity.  I hope that developers will consider upgrading the systems soon.
