Allow different letters or receipts to be automatically sent to donors based on amount donated
Legally we can only issue tax receipts for donations over $20. It would be helpful to have a function where donations made through an online donation form UNDER $20 received a general thank you letter, but $20 and over received a tax receipt.
Just curious for my knowledge, is that a state law or a federal law from the IRS because we do not abide by that in my organization in Virginia.
