Be able to select 'First gift' in Query definition

This a facility in RE but really hard to do in eTap.

To find first gift in a Query it is necessary to select Journal entry type as gift, recurring gift or split transaction and first journal entry with a starting Query of all journal entries and a return of journal entries.

The KB article on how to work around this does not appear to work as it only finds first gifts if they are also the first journal entry for a Constituent.
