Bring back Gift Aid Declaration on the Journal Filter

V.28.0 introduced a new version of the journal filter, but it removed the option to find Gift Aid Declarations.  Please bring back this option as GA Declarations are exactly the type of journal entry that are very time consuming to check by trawling the whole journal.

    The option to filter the journal down to Gift Aid Declarations is available in the filer modal. If you don't see the Gift Aid Declaration option listed under the Non Transaction list, please let us know.
