Change Name Format on DIY Form

I think there should be an option for the name format of the DIY giving form to be a business name instead of an individual name. What I'm making a donation/payment on behalf of my company and using my company credit card, I want the payment to be credited to my company's account, not my personal account.

    YES!!! If the database has individual, business, and family accounts, how can you collect donations that match to existing accounts if you only allow the entry of individual contact information!!!!

    Agreed.... couldn't this be fixed if the donor is asked to enter what type of constituent they are at the beginning of form completion? We're asked to identify all new constituents as Individual, Family, or Business. I think that same question could be embedded into the DIY form Contact Info

    Agreed, We had so many business donations recently and I need to now manually change the Name Format after receiving the donation.
