Can you please just improve the eCart functionality overall?

This module is neither dynamic nor versatile, it would be great if it could include features such as variable shipping cost based on quantity, ability to waive fees, greater variety of design features, etc. There's potential for this to be a really useful tool if only it had those tweaks!

    Hi, I fully support this request to improve the eCart functionality. In particular, it would be great to have the option of a FREE SHIPPING code and as important - a variable shipping cost based on the quantity. I fear that the increase in shipping cost (when multiple items are ordered) will discourage shoppers to complete their purchase. I urge you to look at this request and improve the features ASAP!     needs much improvement and ease of use. 13 steps to add a discount code that is not efficient.
