We experience major issues with formatting depending on the email provider.

It is convenient to have thank you letters automatically triggered by e-commerce donations, but it would also be helpful if that communication was automatically logged as a contact in the journal section.

Video that are embedded into emails are more likely to be viewed. As of right now, a linked image is used which takes the person out of your email. Videos add engagement and most people do not want to have to take extra steps.
