Video that are embedded into emails are more likely to be viewed. As of right now, a linked image is used which takes the person out of your email. Videos add engagement and most people do not want to have to take extra steps.

This allows consistency in knowing that the donor was thanked and with what template. While this can be done with a mass update after the fact, it would be better to have the acknowledgement recorded as it happens.
